Privacy Policy

Social Minty collects information needed to accept, verify, process and support orders.

Information we collect

This can include your name, email, mobile number when required by a payment provider, submitted username/profile/content link, selected packages, payment references, order status, IP address, browser information, referral URL, UTM parameters, gclid, fbclid and Meta browser identifiers where present. We also use a first-party browser visitor ID and session ID to measure unique visitors, visits and conversion attribution.

Payments

Payments are handled by the selected payment gateway. Social Minty stores transaction references and statuses required for reconciliation, but does not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or online-banking passwords.

Visitor analytics and approximate location

For operational analytics, Social Minty may derive an approximate country, region and city from the visitor IP address. This is not GPS or precise location data and may be inaccurate when a VPN, proxy or mobile network is used. IP geolocation may be resolved using an external IP geolocation service.

Advertising measurement

If configured by the administrator, Meta Pixel/Conversions API and Google Ads tags may receive conversion and attribution information. These services operate under their respective privacy terms.

Use and retention

Information is used for order fulfilment, customer communication, fraud prevention, accounting, troubleshooting and advertising measurement. Order and transaction records may be retained for legitimate business, legal and accounting requirements.
